| GEMSTAR, Inc. is a leading
manufacturer of ASME Section VIII, Division 1 and 2 Pressure Vessels.
Our facility is located in Odessa, Texas. Founded in 1958, GEMSTAR's
premise is to provide equipment and service of high quality, superior
workmanship, and timely deliveries at competitive prices. Our experience
includes manufacturing contactors, towers, separators, strippers, and
skid-mounted process units. GEMSTAR's experience also includes manifold
skids, launcher/receiver skids, and process piping. Equipment
manufactured for both onshore and offshore applications.

| Quality Control |
| GEMSTAR, Inc. maintains a
quality plan based on The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
as well as The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors.
Stamps include "U", "U2", "S",
"PP", and "R". Project documentation, third party
verification (ABS, Lloyds) and 100% material identification is also
available.

| Safety is our primary concern
at GEMSTAR. An extensive safety plan is maintained with weekly safety
meetings and monthly inspections

| GEMSTAR. Inc utilizes the
latest edition of Compress for ASME calculations. All drawings are
performed using the most recent release of AUTOCAD.

| Located on 10 acres of land
in Odessa, Texas, GEMSTAR's 30,000 square foot indoor fabrication
facility consists of three bays 50' wide x 200' long each. click

| Heat Treating |
| GEMSTAR's furnace measures
20' wide x 20' high x 60' long, gas fired and fully automated with a
maximum temperature of 1800 degrees Farenheit and a maximum weight

vessels up to 10" thick, diameters up to 20'-0", lengths up to
200', and weights up to 400,000 pounds.
